Initial interview with recruitment consultant. Passed that then interview with ECITB panel. The panel did not appear to know who they'd be interviewing next looking for someone of a specific gender when coming out into the reception area. Quite disconcerting. Briefed that it would be a competency based interview, but in reality a mish mash of questions. Panel had varying levels of engagement, from moderately interested to appearing rather irritated to be there. Outcome had be chased for, no feedback given.
