Telephone Interview followed by first round face-to-face. After the research and telephone interview had turned up a positive impression of this company, the face-to-face was unorganised and uninterested. After having travelled quite some way to get to the interview I was given 5-10 minutes of aimless small talk, with a couple of interview questions thrown in. After this my interviewer left to try and find someone for the relevant section that I was applying for. After another wait, he came back and told me that the appropriate person was in a meeting and would be for some time. That was the interview and he would let me know. After the effort and travel I had put in, it was a depressingly dismissive experience.
