Applied online through ECP website, and about 2 weeks later received an invitation to schedule a 30mn call with recruiter. Interview was very informal with just a high level review of resume, the position, and open ended for questions about the company. I was told at the end of the call the next steps would be to set up time with 1 or 2 operational managers in supervisory roles, and despite follow up emails to the recruiter have not heard back either way in over a month on if there was no plan to advance or just a poor backlog of scheduling. After a few more weeks of sending a follow-up, finally received a generic rejection that "leadership has decided to go with other candidates", left an overall poor taste for this company.
