Interview consisted of two rounds. I had the initial phone screening with the hiring manager. The screening consisted of the hiring manager describing the role and to see if I would be interested. After expressing my interest, the hiring manager informed me that I would meet again with them and the director of faculty development to go over basics for faculty training and have informal discussion. However, that was not the case, the zoom call turned into a second round interview, which was fine and I prepared ahead of time. However, the communication from the first conversation with the hiring manager was misleading about how the second round would turn out.

Entrevista
The interview process was standard. The selection for the position, I heard, was set to a high standard. They had gone through many applicants before me. I was very honored that I made it and they did not lower their standards especially since I made it.

Teaching philosophy was one question they asked. It's normal amongst faculty position but I had the opportunity to say who I am through my teaching philosophy.

Entrevista
Pleasant. There were no hard questions as long as you are honest. The most difficult part was the teaching demo in front of the other faculty. This is not difficult, but it is a little awkward since these are all of your future colleagues and not students.
