I applied through a website and was called shortly thereafter by the DM. We arranged for an interview and met the next week. It was an easy interview, and he was very receptive. Unfortunately the company was experiencing upper management changes and the position I was applying for was put on hold. The DM was moved to another region and the application process was moved to a third party.
