They started off by telling me that I would be interviewing for the Sr. Network Engineer position without telling me beforehand. They introduced themselves and then asked technical questions. There were around 6 questions and I had trouble answering some of them since I wasn't prepared

One will speak with the recruiter in length about what to expect. From there an interview with the company President is arranged. From there the recruiter will keep in touch and update the candidate on the next step if and offer is made.

I received a call on Thursday for a Monday start the following week. Everything was taken care of via email. I sent in scanned photocopies of all necessary items such as passport, driver's lic. etc. That should have been a red flag to me.
