The HR interview process was smooth, and I left with a positive impression. The interviewer was polite and friendly and the conversation provided valuable insights into the role specifics. However, the technical interview left me with mixed feelings. Although scheduled for an hour, it concluded after approximately 25 minutes. The majority of the discussion revolved around my experience, with only one question touching upon the front-end aspect of the role. Surprisingly, most questions were back-end oriented. Following this, we spent about 10 minutes on my inquiries about the role and day-to-day processes. Despite feeling confident about the interview, I received a decline email shortly after. Unfortunately, my request for insights into the decision-making process and constructive feedback went unanswered. This left me with a sense of disappointment, as I not only lacked clarity on the specific areas that may have impacted my candidacy but also missed the opportunity to demonstrate my proficiency in the Angular framework and the requisite front-end expertise expected for the role, as there would be a 2nd interview if I was to proceed. In conclusion, while the initial interview experience was positive, the lack of feedback post-decline diminishes the overall impression.

The IT team is wonderfull. The people seem to care about employees and about the work. The management is smart and logical, and very easy to discuss different work subjects.
