Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 dias. Fui entrevistado pela EDF (Sunderland, North East England, England) em mar. de 2020
Entrevista
I applied online and was contacted, two hours after submission, by a member of their Recruitment Delivery Team. I partook in a telephone interview and was booked for a virtual interview two days later. The interview was booked for 10:15am. The interviewers called via WhatsApp at 10:21am on the day of the interview. I was interviewed by two women and they took turns asking me questions. I was asked to perform a task - reply to a customers' email. I was given 10 minutes to read the email and respond to the customer.
I received an email the next day that i did not get the job and i asked for feedback. The feedback i received was mostly positive but the interviewers had written that i was late for the interview, my writing needed improvements and i did not give in-depth reply to the questions, even when "promoted". I think the word is "prompted". My overall view of the interview and interviewers was - unprofessional and cheap. I actually saw the interviewers laughing at me while i completed the task i was assigned. Please use Skype for virtual interviews, it is professionally acceptable compared to WhatsApp.
Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry that you have had a bad experience. We are evolving our recruitment process during these challenging times and will ensure that your feedback is considered in the development of our campaign.

Entrevista
Fast and relatively painless - received a conditional offer immediately after the interview process. The interview itself included situational questions alongside the application of previous experiences to fit the questions being asked.
