I had my interview with the team manager. During the interview we discussed the offshore wind industry, challenges and opportunities and the role I was applying for. I received an offer 1 week later.

What are the key challenges to the offshore wind industry?
45 minute interview with the hiring manager. Behavioural and experience-based questions. Zero technical focus, which was surprising given that the role was for a research engineer. No feedback given, which was very disappointing.

It was pretty straightforward and quick. Initial vetting call with HR. Afterwards a 2 step interview- first Interview with two hiring managers if successful you are invited for second stage with director
