I applied for the job in Feb and I didn't hear anything back until March when I was offered an interview, it was remote on Microsoft Teams. Interview lasted an hour and I was made aware of the working requirements and flexibility. Was told that was at least another two/three interviews after that, including half day on site. I made it through to the next stage but withdrew as a job wasn't as flexible as I would like.
