Das Vorstellungsgespräch verlief äußerst positiv und war sowohl für mich als auch für den Interviewer eine wertvolle Erfahrung. Die Atmosphäre war professionell, zugleich aber auch sehr freundlich und einladend. Es war offensichtlich, dass das Unternehmen Wert darauf legt, potenzielle Mitarbeiter nicht nur nach ihren Fähigkeiten, sondern auch nach ihrer Persönlichkeit und ihrem Potenzial zu bewerten.
