Interviewed with two employees. It had a friendly, conversational tone. I was not grilled with technical questions testing my knowledge. Questions were mostly behavioral, but some addressed computer program experience also.

The interview process was easy and streamlined. You will meet with HR and the hiring manager to determine your skill set. They will assess you using your resume and will ask questions. Questions are skill set related and to see if you will fit into the overall culture of the organization which is important for personal success.
