Informative and transparent with company procedures and protocols. Very thorough going through resume and outlining the job description. Friendly and interactive with team- oriented vibe. Owner even makes introduction and is very engaging.
Phone interview and then in person in their office. Was told I would speak with the owner of the company but they were busy during my interview. Everyone I spoke with was kind. Took multiple emails after to hear back about the outcome.
