- 1 talent hunt initial screening - 1 with Head of Data Science - 1 take home ML system design assessment - 1 coding test All along, they had NO clue what is expected off the role. I had to keep asking what should I do in the first 6 months, 1 year after i join. NO solid response. The take home task was a joke. It took me a whole day. The coding test was a bigger joke. They gave an open-ended string search task. NOT a leetcode style problem where we are clear what is expected as output and what is considered solved. Moreover, show run by kids who have very less experience in the industry. The biggest joke is they called for a face-to-face but REFUSED to reimburse the travel cost. Overall: Waste of time. Felt like picking my brain for redoing their ML system. Happy for not joining the rut. Moreover, I don't think there is a genuine opening for the role. They are just talking to experienced people in the industry to pick ideas from them.
