First Interview a phone screener the woman was very nice and they seemed very interested in me. Second was on the phone in their office with the manager who wasn't there. She was nice but that was awkward. She then I was asked to stay to meet with another person. That person came in with documents that were faxed to her by office manager saying I passed the second round. Our conversation was casual and she told me I had very good questions that nobody had asked before. She was very good at making me feel like I left on positive note. One week later as promised, I was informed that I did not get the job.

30 minutes, treated with respect and had a good vibe and felt they explained their process effectively. The interview was on time, I received a tour of their office and met staff that I'd be working with.
