There was an initial telephone interview, followed by a meeting with a store manager which included some competency questions, general discussion on my experience, a presentation on a product and a sales role-play.

The interview was based on your ability to interact with customers. Curiosity is key for this role as any information provided by a customer can be used to create a sale i.e., if the customer mentions they are going on holiday, make sure you mention Data Roaming packages that EE offer

Professional and easy to naviagate my way around the interview and was asked a plethora of questions but it was good and in the end I managed to get the job and I have been here ever since, a very nice company to work for with many benefits
