Interview process was quite easy if you know how to talk to customers. Included a role play section in which I had to pretend to be an advisor and the interviewer a customer. Asked questions on experience in customer service etc.
It was okay, too many questions in 1 interview, took 2 hours.
this include group interview, one-to-one competency based interview and listening interview.
I almost got faint after finish the interview because the environment seems too exhausting it huge like Costco warehouse
Was emailed beforeand interview was scheduled to say it had been cancelled, they missed the phone interview and emailed several hours after scheduled to say it had been cancelled, then they withdrew application because of "not being able to contact after a few attempts."
