The interview was conducted as a group interview, whereby there were multiple potential employees being interviewed by about 8 regional directors of sales at Educational Tours. We were first asked questions as a group, and later split up for "speed dates" with the directors individually. The whole process took about 2.5 hours, and was for the most part pleasant and upbeat.

There was a screening call and then I had the really interview. The people I interviewed with were kind and friendly. Overall the interview process was smooth and I did not have to wait long for a responses.

The interview process included a phone screen with HR and then virtual interview loop where I talked with 3 people, two sales managers and one sales trainer. The managers asked traditional questions and the portion with the trainer was a mock sales call.

Comfortable and positive. Questions were simple, wanted to get to know you as a person and what kind of work experience you have and how it aligns with the company and job title.
