I interviewed for three different positions because I was convinced that I wanted to work for EF. I first applied for a Sales position (knowing that I eventually wanted to do Marketing) and the woman who was hiring was extremely helpful and told me a different product within EF needed an entry level marketing position filled. Two components got me hired (besides my relevant work experience): that insider knowledge and the fact that a friend who referred me worked with my current supervisor before. Be prepared to go through at least 2-3 in-person interviews for each position you're applying for. They will try to schedule them all in one day (ranging from 20 minutes to an hour per interview) to make it convenient for you.
