Candidatei-me pessoalmente. O processo levou 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela EF Education First (Santa Barbara, CA) em abr. de 2014
Entrevista
Attended a job fair held on location at an international language school. Someone at the front desk looked over my resume and cover letter, then I had an interview with one of the teachers. I was then told to wait in the lobby for a second interview with the school director. A few days later, I got a call from the Academic Director, who set up another interview, and at the end of the interview, she offered me the job. All the interviews were one-on-one

Easiest interview I've had, they talked more as if I already had the job. Asking questions like where in china did I want to be. Don't stress, just be relaxed and talk about why you want to teach and why you want to live in china.
