First step: interview with one of the responsible ones for the internship; second: numerical reasoning test; third: two interviews one with the director of the program and the other one with a financial representative of theirs. Rather long since they had many applicants (1.5 months)

Why EF? What do you expect to do in the role? What are prepaid and accruals? How would you improve in cash flows? Explain what a p/l, bs and cf statement are. (Thins answer is written while still waiting for their feedback after the final step)
First a hirevue, then test and then interview with HR before getting a rejection. I know the next stage was an assessment centre in Stockholm after which the process would end.
