Met with the recruiter and had a great conversation. I think I would be great fit for the position but I didn't have the visa requirement so I didn't get through.
first stage - sending in application (resume, cover letter)
second stage - answering 3 questions on virtual video interview - 15 seconds prep time and 30 seconds answer, cannot review nor resubmit answers
third stage - interview call with hiring managers
