Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela EIUM em dez. de 2020

2 step interview. First with head of department, then with company co-owner. Both very easy going and not stressful. The questions asked were not too complicated. They are looking more for a personality match than to test your skills.
They emailed me, set up a phone interview (which I took time out of my day to be available for) and then completely blew it off and wouldn't answer emails or phone calls.

Overall very negative experience - I retracted my candidature prior to the completion of the process for a few reasons... The co-founder flaked on two phone interviews, the first one he apparently mis-scheduled me, the second time he called me an hour and a half late. Startup life can be hectic so I was forgiving of this at first. Spent 20 minutes or so on the phone and got invited in for an interview. Interview was alright, he emailed me to ask me a few more questions, then after having responded he emailed again with more questions... What struck me as odd was that throughout the process of applying for a project coordinator/admin type role, the role began "turning into" a coldcalling sales role... Then the company ghosted me which, at this stage of the interviewing process, I consider to be very unprofessional. I was interested in working with a company that promotes flexibility within your role but between the flaking, the misrepresentation of the role and that they purposely keep themselves understaffed (which has only one result - more profit for the bosses and more burnouts for the staff) I chose to retract my candidature. I truly hope that my experience is not representative of how this company operates.
