Online fill out questions then phone call with questions (very generic) , then in person (more detailed questions) then offer if you get that far or even hear back from this company. BE AWARE- I was told over phone they very 'super impressed' and wanted to meet me for a 1-1 in store, However never got a callback until the day of the meeting which was very unprofessional! They gave me no time if I couldn't make that day. However, a blessing in disguise as the pay is awful at only £10.84 for MANAGER role! So be aware of this. I've worked retail in a variety of roles and brands (manager + normal full time/part time) for much more money and less stress! I was told of the 'amazing incentives that would make the money up, but from reading other reviews on here, they seem to discredit hard work if targets are not met (due to online offers which are better then instore so no incentive to buy instores like many brands do) Would not recommend this company due to this.
