I was interviewed and given an assessment to measure my Word, Excel and Power Point skills. Once I was selected, I was asked for a drug and background screening. Once I passed, I completed the onboarding process.

Recall a time you made a mistake while working with others and had to make it right.
I was told they really liked my resume and wanted to do a call, and they arranged for a day and time to call me. That day and time came, and I never received a call. I waited by my phone/computer for 4 hours, and never got a call or email. I sent an email the next day politely following up after being blown off, and to this day, never received a response. I know my email was seen because I have a tracking extension on my email account, and can see when the email was read. It was extremely rude, and judging from the other reviews, looks like I dodged a bullet with this company.
