I was contacted within two weeks of applying through their online process. I was given a half hour phone interview where I was asked many indepth questions about past experience. I was given very little information about the position. The recruiter was clearly in the drivers seat with no need to impress me. It was all about whether I was qualified or not. I was told I would hear back within one week and was never contacted again.

I was asked about my relationships to past employers/bosses. I was asked to explain in detail the duties of past positions. I have had some phone interviews where the employer did much of the talking. In this case, I was asked to explain much of my past experience, any gaps I may have had on my resume, etc.
