Interview was straight forward. It consisted of mostly behavioral and situational questions. Nothing too technical. It took about an hour and it was over the phone. As long as you be yourself, you will do fine.

Straightforward, no ambiguous questions. The only thing that was not made entirely clear was the pay per project nature of the work. I believe this is a good option for freelancers who want to control their own destiny.
