Subs are typically hired in batches a couple times a year. Interview takes place at the board office and may be held with two interviewers. Successful applicants are hired on the spot.

I submitted my CV and cover letter to EMSB through email, and then was contacted for an online interview with two principals: one is working with elementary school and the other is with secondary school.
