I got an email from the HR manager, he seemed nice and decided to give me a call to get to know more about me. He told me that my GIS certificate makes it valuable for the job and that he knew nothing about certain GIS software. Then, he decided to arrange a phone interview for me with the two GIS analysts the next couple days, it was plain awkward.

I applied online. Process took 1 week. A recruiter scheduled a phone screening with me to discuss background and experience. But on the day of the scheduled a phone screening, the reucruiter cancelled 10 minutes before the call, saying that interviews must be cancelled at this time and would reach out once the role opens back up. I can see why this company gets low ratings and bad reviews due to bad managment and unprofessional hiring process
