In March, I received an invitation to be interviewed at EPAM. The first interview was with a recruiter, there were standard questions about salary expectations and others. In the second interview, the guy asked technical questions about the angular. The questions were similar to those you face every day at work. After a while, I was informed of a positive result. But due to the coronavirus pandemic, I was informed that the project was canceled.
After 3 months, I was invited for another interview in another project. In the interview, I asked to talk about the project, technologies, etc. To which I received the answer that they could not say anything because of the NDA. Whaaaat? NDA? Is the candidate a slave to them?
They asked two and a half hours of stupid technical questions that would never come in handy in real work. As a result, they sent a letter with a formulaic answer that they refuse me.
