Invited via linkedin direct message. Online interview. First interview for english skills, second for soft skills check and third for technical skills. I liked hr and team lead. Very interesting project proposal.

It all started with a phone call from the HR rep. Then 3 days later a technical interview. Based on the performance results at the technical interview, a higher manager requested another interview which ended up being another technical interview. After 4 days I was told my knowledge was not good enough and they needed a more experienced person. If that was true, why waste people time and schedule that second interview?
