I got a missed call and then a text asking me to call the clinic about my job application. The call was very easy, they just wanted to see if you were keen for the job. In-person 1:1 interviews were with the neurosurgeon and then with the 'pain management' physician. Nothing about it was too difficult, just depends on whether you're what they were looking for.
