The process is very oriented, you interview with 2-3 employees and managers. Takes about an hour. They ask you about yourself, your motivation and why you see yourself at this company. They want to make sure your worth there time and that you make a point on wanting to work here.

There was four stage - First a call with recruiter, then with a hiring manager, a traits test and the a final interview with the manager and a trusted member of the team. Many questions were related how I would handle time and client situations.

Entrevista
I met with the producer that I would be working under directly. It was very simple and mainly conversational about our experiences because I had insurance knowledge from prior brokers so it wasn't intimidating at all. I think it just depends on who exactly will be interviewing you.
