I had written to many Hiring Managers. They internally circulated my CV within and I got invited for an interview. It was a very easy flowing interview. They described open positions and asked me my motivation.

Fair interview, but it was very short. Interviewer asked typical expected questions but didn't seem very interested in what I had to say. Interview ended by asking me if I had any questions.
