Staff are always coming and going, like a revolving door. No experience required. I spoke with them over the phone. When I started working I wasn't given any training. I witnessed maintenance staff who were not qualified, trying to make repairs and they could not. The corporate office does not respond to emails for help. There are regional managers but they have no clue what they are doing. They come around and ask 100 questions but cannot do the work themselves.
