Very simple and laid back. The interviewer was very knowledgeable about the position and asked several questions about past roles and what I could have done differently. Bring three resumes.

Don't bother applying. It is a complete waste of time and you won't receive any communication after you interview. Well, the panel was balanced. Expect a technical manager, Director and HR officer.
