The interview was easy and they were understanding if you had no prior experience. You had to show that you were an empathetic, caring and patient person. They asked questions that you could answer.

Entrevista
Interview was a group interview, which was not communicated ahead of time. There were about 9 other candidates. I feel I would have had a better interview if it was one on one vs. a group. CEO interviewed us, going around the table asking us questions. Even though the job is advertised as entry level with training provided, many of the candidates have experience already, so my lack of experience meant no job offer for me. Also, if you don't have ABA experience, you have to start as part time, which I found out in the interview. I would have appreciated knowing that from the job listing, because I would not have applied.
