Applied through linkedIn. Heard back from a Technical Recruiter pretty soon after (a week or so). They conducted a screening call and gave me great insight of the role. Progressed to remote interview with the People & Culture Business Partner. lasted approx. 45 mins. Had such a great experience overall. Even though I was not selected, the recruiter took the time to give me a call and provide me with some excellent feedback

First of all, dress code was not relaxed as I had thought, so I was underdressed :) The questions were not hard, just asking about basic understanding of the work and current challenges of an insurance company, and then mostly soft skill based questions.
