Email screening, phone interview and in-person interview. Extremely difficult people to deal with. Based on the reviews and the people I dealt with, this is a company more concerned with costs and less about hiring quality staff.

I applied via LinkedIn and less than a week later received a call for interview. The process was pretty straight forward with two rounds of interviews and questions about market and project management.

If a client messages you and asks for a last minute change of the project or due date how would you react?

Entrevista
I applied through LinkedIn and after a few weeks, I was contacted by their Talent Acquisition team. I met the team just for a quick GTKY, and within that session it was decided for my application was pushed forward to the relevant Partner, subject for further assessment. Miraculously got through that screening and was invited to an interview. The interview was not too gruelling, had plenty of questions on past experience and technical knowledge. It was also an opportunity for a personality fit test with the rest of the team.

3 rounds of interview. First is a standard screen interview with recruiter , then the next two are with seniors/partners. The process was online facetime interview. Overall a good process
