I had an initial phone screening with an talent acquisition specialist then a week later I had to follow up to get an in person interview (after I reached out they then told me that they wanted to schedule another interview). The in person interview was odd. The hiring manager had very few questions to ask relevant to the job and it seemed like he wasn't very prepared or experienced in interviewing. He asked for my portfolio and I sent it to him as I was leaving. I had to reach out again the following week to get my rejection. My resume matched everything on the job description except I've never used Rhino before. Of course, the rejection said they were looking for someone whose experience more close aligned with the needs of the position. I brought this up and asked if there was anything else that led to being rejected and did not receive an answer.
