Competency based interview questions, 3 on interview panel, very structured. Board member chaired the interview and everyone asked situational questions. STAR Method required to discuss a specific time you were faced with a particular issue and how you dealt with it etc.

I did only one interview and it was OK but not great. Started with computer skills then I was called for an interview in which three individuals interviewed me. All questions were simple. All situational questions.
