They acted very strange and cloak and dagger about the whole thing. I just submitted my resume. After a while, I certified for rating some tests. I can't talk about it because I signed a NDA.

There was not one. I just filled out an application, sent my resume, filled out forms and was hired. The process was non existent. Once offered the opportunity, you have to pass certification. Once you pass certification you are able to fill out requests for your shift and start scoring.
