Initial screening call with recruiter, followed by a semi formal interview with the hiring manager where techincal abilities were discussed and more about the position as revealed. After not receiving any feedback or offer after the second interview, weeks later I was offered to interview for the same role on a different team. Second interview was the same but again no word from the company afterwards.

pretty fast to get the interview, waited a few days to get the decision. I interviewed many years ago though...but people who interviewed me were great and I still talk to some of them
