Dating a bit but there were a few exchanges by emails and phone calls but always very short.
An interview was setup afterwards but the questions were really theoretical and a bit definition based instead of results oriented

Entrevista
Premier contact avec une recruteuse. Entretient en 2 partie, une partie sur soi et une partie sur EURZ NOVA.
Dans la première partie ils essaient d'analyser ton profil (description de ce qu'on fait en dehors du monde professionnel, experiences, projets menés pendant les etudes, prétentions salariales...) la moitié était en anglais et l'autre en français.
Deuxième partie était présentation de l'entreprise et du job qui nous intéresse. Et des questions voir si on est aligné avec les valeurs d'entreprise.

Entrevista
While the team was professional and the discussions were interesting, the overall experience was quite frustrating due to how long it took.
The process consisted of four interviews over more then two months, including two technical interviews. While I appreciated the opportunity to showcase my skills, the extended timeline made it difficult to stay engaged. In the end, I was informed that there were no suitable opportunities for me, which felt like a significant waste of time.
For future candidates, I’d advise being prepared for a lengthy process with multiple rounds of interviews. It would be helpful if the company streamlined the process and set clearer expectations about available opportunities upfront.
