Initial phone call with recruiter which was overall summary of the position and my background followed by a video call with a director. The call with the recruiter was efficient and she was great. However, the video call was quick and she seemed a bit disinterested in what I had to say. I sent follow ups but never heard anything back from anyone, it's nice to get a rejection rather than disappearing.

Applied online, few days later received an email to schedule a phone interview with HR. After the phone interview I then was set up for a video interview with Schools Manager. This lasted for about 30 mins, and in conclusion I was asked to do a task/assignment and to submit back within a few days. Did the assessment sent it back and was asked to come in following week for an in person interview with the team. Round of interviews lasted 2 hours, basically asking general questions and to see if I was a “fit” (culture fit) for the job. Total lack of transparency about the position and has nothing to do with job description at all.
They literally want you to sit at a station/desk and make calls to local teachers all day and get them to meet the with Schools Manager. Might as well call it a call center position. But it’s EVERFI they rather be fancy ! If calling doesn’t work the want you to email.
It’s all about metric and goals and sales. Absolutely Nothing to do with K-12 COORDINATION.
