First round was an interview with HR of about 30-45 mins Second round was an interview with compliance and training manager of 1 hour Third round interview and mock call with project manager of 1 hour and a half.

Before scheduling any interview, HR sent me an email asking if I had the right to work in the country where I live, other questions on this subject and also asked me to send my residence permit to check if I could move forward in the process . Afterwards, I had no answers for about 10 days and saw the same position being published again on Linkedin. I applied again, and that same HR contacted me and scheduled a call for the next day. She explained how the process would work, emphasized several times that they would not provide sponsorship and what caught my attention the most was her asking if I had children and if I would need to take care of them during work hours. The following week I had the next interview with the team leader, it was great. The next step was an English test over the phone, which I could do on my own. Well, it's been 2 months since I took the test and I haven't heard back from the company, not even an automatic email saying I didn't pass.
