      Unprofessional and waste of time. The Interview Process The process consisted of three comprehensive rounds in January 2026: Round 1 (Group Manager): Mixed technical and business discussion covering SQL, Power BI, Data Warehousing, and Microsoft Fabric. Round 2 (Technical): Deep dive into the tech stack (SQL, Power BI, Fabric). Very thorough evaluation, very advanced level. Round 3 (Project Manager): Focused on business logic and project management capabilities. The Post-Selection Experience After clearing all rounds, HR confirmed my selection and agreed to my salary expectations. I was asked to upload all sensitive documents to their portal, including my graduation degree, marks sheets, previous experience letters, and current salary slips. HR explicitly stated the offer letter would be released once documents were submitted. Day 1: Followed up after submitting documents. Was told management was "discussing" and it would be released by EOD. Day 2: Followed up again. I was then abruptly told the client had "changed the requirement," the job description was being altered, and they were rehiring for the position. Pros: Interviewers were knowledgeable and the technical discussions were relevant. Cons: Very poor coordination between HR, management, and client requirements. Candidates are asked to submit sensitive documents before the offer is finalized. Lack of transparency in the final stage of the hiring process. Candidate time and effort not respected. Advice to Management: If hiring depends heavily on client approval or changing client requirements, it should be finalized before conducting multiple interview rounds and asking candidates to submit confidential documents. Otherwise, it creates a very poor candidate experience and damages the company’s reputation in the job market.
