Crazy - no structure. All they wanted to know was whether I will survive against a tough (poor listener) boss and whether I will sustain against pressures... that all they were interested in... no method to their madness

3 rounds with first and second were technical and functional and third was leadership discussion. First round was average but 2nd round was difficult and had practical example and implementations to be done .

Very thorough process, no hard core mind games very straightforward and natural. One of the meetings was with two Executives which was a bit uncomfortable, but turned out to be fine.

1. The HR was very helpful
2. 1st and 2nd round went well, but after the 2nd round the panellist informed I’m more suited for the role of Senior Manager.
3. 3rd round was taken by a Senior AVP based out of UK working for an energy company. He seemed in complete dismay after going through a couple of my projects as if it was gibberish, considering those projects were for Tesco
4. Really bad experience in the last round
