There were 2 rounds of interview 1) telephonic screening 2) F2F interview. The interview went well and I was informed that it was a good discussion and that the feedback will be shared with the onshore leaders to take it forward to the next step. But then they fell silent for weeks. When I followed up twice, they mentioned the CV is on hold. Very vague response. So when I checked with the consultant who referred me to EXL, after multiple follow ups with him, he informed that the it didn't work out. So from in 3 weeks the interview went from Good discussion > next steps > on hold > didn't work out. I don't understand why we could not be professional and matured enough to share the feedback as is or be clear and respectful of other people's time, irrespective of the level of role you are interviewing.

Entrevista
3 rounds with first and second were technical and functional and third was leadership discussion. First round was average but 2nd round was difficult and had practical example and implementations to be done .

Very thorough process, no hard core mind games very straightforward and natural. One of the meetings was with two Executives which was a bit uncomfortable, but turned out to be fine.

1. The HR was very helpful
2. 1st and 2nd round went well, but after the 2nd round the panellist informed I’m more suited for the role of Senior Manager.
3. 3rd round was taken by a Senior AVP based out of UK working for an energy company. He seemed in complete dismay after going through a couple of my projects as if it was gibberish, considering those projects were for Tesco
4. Really bad experience in the last round
