In the technical interview they asked puzzles basic logic questions. Not very simple, but they pass you if you can answer well with a sound reasoning. Basic Communication skills in English is a must.
HR is typical, "tell me about yourself" or "why do you want to join EXL?"or "what is your 5 year plan?"

Online Assessment followed by two rounds of interview. One technical and second is managerial round. The interview was for 45min each. Both rounds were on the same day. It was based on sql, puzzle, reasoning, technical, project discussion.
